Hello my wonderful readers! Today is day twenty of the 31 day challenge to bring you a bible verse each day about marriage.
Day 20 -
"In the same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself."
Today's verse is about women submitting to their husbands and husbands treating their wives the same way. In a marriage I believe the woman should seek her husbands advice whenever they are making a decision. Also this pertains to sex, when you husband wants to have sex you should submit to please him, but in the same way he should do the same for you. Some couples find this to be a hard concept to take on, and personally I am still struggling with it. A lot of woman have a problem with the word submit, they think it means do whatever you husband wants you to do, it doesn't! You should want to please your husband and he should want to please you, if you both strive to please one another then you are submitting to each other, see how easy that is. Loves.
