Hello my totally awesome readers. I am so very sorry this is a day late, yesterday was a crazy day at work and I ended up staying about 5 hours longer than I was suppose to haha. We are half way through the 31 day challenge to bring you a marriage bible verse each day. Here is day sixteen.
Day 16 -
"You shall not commit adultery."
--Exodus 20:14
When you get married you make a covenant with your husband or wife in front of God. This covenant is just like the one Jesus made with his bride, the church. The main factor in keeping this covenant with your husband or wife is faithfulness to one another. That is where this verse comes in, one of the main things not to do in a marriage is cheat on your husband or wife. If you think you are heading in that direction, remove yourself immediately from the situation and be faithful to your spouse. There are way too many divorces that happen nowadays because people say the vows in front of God but don't mean them. Stay faithful to God and then to your spouse always. Loves.
