Day 2 -
"Then Noah built an alter to The Lord and, taking some of all the clean animals and clean birds, he sacrificed burnt offerings on it."

I believe this verse talks about building an alter for your marriage. Like your home, you start together in your marriage in a home of any sort and build your marriage in that home. You need to figure out the activities that will take place in that home like rituals and traditions you will share with your children there. Things that give thanks to God are good ones to start out with, like family devotionals.
