Wednesday Recipe - Breakfast Bowls

Hello my hungry readers. Today's recipe is breakfast bowls. I made these for the next morning to have breakfast and little ones for Aaron to have for breakfast before he goes to work. I made them and then froze them and then he just popped them into the microwave.
Ingredients:
4 slices of bacon, one small tube of country breakfast sausage, 2-3 potatoes, stick of butter, 1 onion, 1 tomato, 2 cups of grated cheese, salt and pepper, oregano, thyme, 3/4 cup of half and half, 6 eggs

Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
2. Cook the bacon
3. Brown the sausage

4. Bake the potatoes

5. Butter the oven safe bowls
6. Chop up your onion and tomato
7. Grate your cheese
8. Cut up your bacon when it cools a little while
9. Cook your onions and potatoes in a skillet together with some salt and pepper until your onions are translucent
10. Mix your tomatoes in your a bowl with a little oregano and thyme
11. Beat 3/4 cup of half and half with 6 eggs
12. Take your buttered bowls and layer them: Potato/onion mixture, sausage, bacon, a little cheese, egg mixture (only fill it up half way with the egg mixture because if you put anymore it will run over), Tomato mixture and then grated cheese

13. Place all bowls on a cookie sheet with sides
14. Bake for 10-15 minutes, keep your eye on them, make sure the egg doesn't brown.
15. Enjoy or freeze for later.
Hope you love this just like we did!!! Loves.
