Hello my hungry readers. A few weeks ago I made this yummy so easy cobbler for dessert for our bible study group.
Ingredients: 1 stick of butter (melted), 1 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 cup self-rising flour, 1 cup milk, 2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries

Directions:
1. preheat oven 350 degrees, grease a 3 quart baking dish with butter

2. place the stick of butter in the microwave for about 30-45 seconds or until its melted
3. in a medium bowl, whisk 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of milk
4. whisk in the melted butter

5. pour the batter into the baking dish and sprinkle the blackberries evenly on the top
6. sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar over the blackberries

7. bake for 1 hour, or until its golden brown and bubbly, the last 10 minutes of cooking time sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of sugar over the top
Hope you enjoy this delicious cobbler that is so easy. Loves.
